Truth is in the Now

Father, when I left the breakfast place and went into my car, I exploded into laughter. I laughed so much and so long. I can't help it. There were no tots and I just feel so contented, so at ease that it is pleasurable and laughter just came.

The same thing happen during shoonya.

Alaya vigyan, the house where u go on throwing into the basement things that u want to do but u cannot, because of social conditions. It is dangerous to keep all those inhibitions as they go on influencing ur behaviour. Find a healing outlet for this potential explosion.

Well, I did for Isha. Actually, now I am contributing because of friendship, not so much on Isha.
As for my writing, I am re-initiated.

2. Internal influence that u r unable to see
Friendliness
First meditate, be blissful, then much love will happen of its own accord.
Then being with others is beautiful and being alone is also beautiful. U don't depend on others and u don't make others dependent on u. Then it is always a friendship, a friendliness.
There is no urgency about their connection, no neediness, no desire to change the other into something else. No more dramas.

3. External influence of which u r aware
Going with the flow
Be the last, be non-ambitious. Ambition means going uphill. Water goes down, it searches for the lowest ground, it wants to be a nonentity. It does not want to declare itself unique, exceptional, extraordinary. It has no ego idea.

U r able to float now, trusting that life will support u in ur relaxation and take u exactly where it wants u to go. Allow this feeling of trust and relaxation to grow more and more; everything is happening exactly as it should.

4. What is needed for resolution?
Projections.
Ur mind is the projector of the whole thing. The agency of the mind is the problem, because mind can create only dreams.
Do what u want to see in others really belong to u? Is ur vision clear or clouded by what u want to see?

This flower has become aware of itself and need not come back to life because life is nothing but a school in which to learn. He has learned the lesson, he is now beyond delusions.
There is crystal clarity available right now, detached, rooted in the deep stillness that lies at the core of ur being. There is no desire to understand from the perspective of the mind - the understanding u have now is existential, whole, in harmony with the pulse of life itself. Accept this great gift and share it.
