Be in the moment, forget about the destination

Jun 9

Father, did my practices with the nephew sleeping. I can do it lah. No hoo ha, it was just my mind creating unnecessary burden.

Brother is going back after a long visit. Finally, our past is over. And knowing abt his Nine of Heart clarifies matters.
Also knowing abt my friends Three of Heart and Jack of Heart, finally put things into perspective.

I used to think I was not 'good', unable to influence them for growth. I tot it was me, not showing up. Alas, it is about them. Both their ruling cards dictate them 'difficult to change, even if the tot come from themselves, let alone from others. Again, this is not about me. Unlike others, I tend to take things personally, generally believing that I am responsible.

Help those that wan to be helped, that's my motto. After SL and A, I have put up my counselling apron. And now, its even more, I decided to allow freedom to grow or to make mistake. Its their journey. Need not worry abt destination.

So, the thing is to see the Planetary Ruling card and not the Destiny card. Its similar to checking the Moon card instead of Sun card.
Look at P, Ja, J, S, V and M, all have powerful success card and yet distracted by planetary ruling, their personality that dictate their decision and finally action or non-action.
I really like exploring this.

Osho
Action without attachment to its fruit is what forms the heart of Krishna's teachings.
Ordinarily, if u give up ur desire for the fruit of action, you will give up action itself.

There are 2 kinds of action in our life;
1. Action that what we do today in order to achieve something in future as a result.

Future means that which is not in existence, which is only a hope, a dream, an expectation. We live in future hopes. The rein of our life are in the hands of the future.

Man always live today in the hope of tomorrow. And likewise, he will live tomorrow in the hope of the day after, because when tomorrow comes, it will come as today.

So, he never lives really, he goes on postponing living for the future. And he will never live as long as he lives on hope for the future. His whole life will pass away unlived and unfulfilled. That is the despair of a future-orientated life.

2. Action which is natural and spontaneous; it arises from the depth of our being. It springs from what I am, not from what I wan to become.

If action is total in itself, if it is self-fulfilling, a love's labour - if it has no other expectation outside of it, then it is called action without attachment to its fruits.
This action is complete in itself like a circle it has no expectations for the future. It is an end unto itself.
The action is without any motive, and it fills u wit you tremendous joy and bliss. It is total, there is nothing beyond it. It is its own fruit, it is own end result. It is fulfilling in the moment. Such an action is its own reward, there is nothing outside of it.

Soul
Suddenly tot. Perhaps if we just be who we r, without wanting for more. We r then complete by itself.

We always wan to be more, wan to grow, wan to be better, want to have partner to love and love us, wan to have family and children, want a career grow, wan more financial security.

Why can't we just be unto ourself. At this point, this is who I am, what I have, that's the end.
Perhaps for me, accept that I can have only 4 days week, accept my single status, accept that my spiritual limit is up. Accept my fulfillment of mÿ destiny is up.

Suddenly tot of Y's description of mudra finger trip hold. It represent a circle, circle of Universe, no ending, no beginning, no break, its whole.

(8 July - now I know why we need more. We need more to fill the lack of love within us. For me, more means creating value and when I am valuable, I am loved. Thats why I am chasing to be the special one.)

Osho
Flowers live for the moment. They don't do anything out of hope for future.
And the tension between the present and the future makes everything tense, sick and ugly. The flowers have no idea of tomorrow; they are fulfilled in the moment.
They are contented in being what they are; just being is enough, and they don't wan to become anything else.

Soul
Exactly what I said. An end unto itself, whole. Isn't this equivalent to acceptance.
And that is my mantra.
I accept and love myself. Life is good.
When I know life is good, I don't have to be other than where/what I am at the moment.

(8 July, little did I know then, about my unlovebility. So humbling)

Osho
Not that another moment will not come for them, it will come, and it will come of its own accord.
And when it comes, they will welcome it and live it as totally as they are living this existing moment. Not that the flowers will not bear fruit, they will, but it will be another action in itself and it will arise from their existential moment.

We believe everything happens according to our desires and expectations. We are like the old woman who tot the sun rise because of her cock's crow. No cock becomes victims of such illusions, only their master.

The future comes on its own; it is already on the way. We cannot stop it from coming; we cannot prevent tomorrow from becomin today. Let man do his work and do it completely, that is enough. We need not worry about tomorrow, which will come for itself.

The act must be total; this is the whole of Krishna's teaching.
Your act is complete in itself when you don't look forward to some reward, some recognition, even appreciation. Desire for results is a distraction from action, so give up ur attachment to results and be totally in action.

Soul
The trick to be total is to act totally. When we r not looking towards possible future happening, we jus stay in the present and that's what they mean by 'time' stopped.

Osho - Travelling
Just dancing and being in pilgrimage, moving joyously without bothering about any destination/goal.

Soul
Jus be in the moment.

Osho
Krishna's tell you to be totally in the present, in the moment. He tells u not to divide yourself between the present and the future. Not even a fraction of ur attention should be pased on to the future. Then only you can act wholly and joyously, and then only will your action be total.

Soul
Something relates to acceptance.

Osho
Leave future to the future, to existence and be totally in what u r doing now and here. Otherwise ur habit of being fragmentary will pursue u throughout.
Be whole in the now and u will be whole in the future.
And this wholeness, not your desire, will bear fruit.
So u can trustfully leave the matter of fruit in the hands of God or existence, or Universe.
Worrying about tomorrow is lack of trust in existence, in the cosmic energy. And after all, what can we do? What worth is our own effort!

Soul
Trust.

Osho
Unless we made action our joy, unless we love what we do, unless we do something for the love of it, we cannot be free of our attachment to the future, to the result.
And unless our action flows from our being, our blissfulness, like a stream flows from its source, we cannot be totally into it, we will always be pulled by the future.

Soul
Go back to the Source to access the being.
Path from Destiny.

Osho
Life is a play of energy
Krishna says man should live so that his action stems from his own energy, from its innermost source.

Today card
Nine of Clubs - completion of plans or ideas.
When this card appears, it will signal a time when some ideas, ways of thinking or communicating, or some personal plans of yours are ready to end.
You are ready to awaken to a new and higher way of thinking that will be better than you have imagined.
It also signal a time when powerful spiritual experiencees may occur, such as universal consciousness, and also indicates the success of any endeavours that involve spreading higher truths to the world.

Soul
Power of now; Life is good; Self-acceptance.
All ties to my dis-ease.
My ruling card is Ace of Diamond - self acceptance through acquisition of values.
I hav stopped acquiring from work.
I hav become aware I cannot acquire from spiritual.
I now need to know I cannot acquire from a future unknown partner.
I now need to practice self acceptance now and not in the future.
Today doing meditational practices infront of nephews is a first step on self- acceptance. Amen.
