Float, dont swim

Jun 19 Afternoon

Just got back from my swim at the pool Amazing experience.

Today loads of people and I was thinking how do I swim across so many people to reach the other side of the pool (destination)
Immedately a tot come in, just float, forget about the end.

So, I just float and amazingly, even when people come near me. I focus on floating, either wait for them to pass or I just 'shift' them. No fear..just floating and without realising, I reach my destination effortlessly.

Today, I swam anotehr 15 minutes, without feeling any strain.
This is great.
This is similar to living in the moment.
