Be in the moment, leave the future alone.

Father, I now realise I can be quite negative. I was lamenting abt the 1 day off tomorrow that I cannot take.
Then a tot came, aiyah, previously tot cannot take at all during budget month and now only need to do 1 day only during budget. So, shld be happy. Look at the big picture.

Another humbling experience. Let me not judge others who seem unable to see thru their hole, victim mode. Oh yeah, suddenly a tot came. Only if we step back and see the whole pix that we can then changed our perception, and it may turn from negative to neutrel, if not positive.

Osho
If each day, each moment, each act is complete, it will be followed by a complete tomorrow. Tomorrow always comes, but if u complete ur today, ur tomorrow will be new and fresh, not old and stale. It will not be frustrating.

The future will never conform to ur expectations, because the future is immense and your hopes and dreams are petty trivial. The immense, the infinite cannot be controlled and manipulated by the trivial.

A drop cannot decide the course of a river, the river goes its own way irrespective of what the drop wants.
Therefore if a drop has its own desires and expectations if it wants to go upstream, or go right or left, then it will suffer and suffer immeasurably. This is man's misery; it is hopes and dreams that turn into his frustration and despair.

One who lives each moment totally knows no anxiety and no frustration; he is contented and blissful and fulfilled. Let ur each action be complete in itself. Leave the result to God. If you do so, Krishna says, you will be released from bondage that comes in the form of birth. Krishna does not say birth is bondage. He only says that one who is full of expectations, who is attached to the fruits of action is always in need of tomorrow, future, future life.
To live and know life totally is freedom.
An ignorant person birth and death appear to be bondage; they bind him. For a wise man, one who knows the truth, he is in freedom.
Bondage and freedom are states of mind. While the ignorant experiences bondage, the mind of the wise is free.
It all depends on us, on how we see things. Seeing is foundational.

Soul
Suddenly tot of my earlier tot of negative perception vs positive perception. It all depends on whether we see the total picture or we jus see what's in front of us.
Tot of d story abt d old man who says he never knew whether a situation is truly positive or negative cos he doesn't know what happens next.

Our life becomes what we are psychologically and spiritually, our death becomes what we are in our mind and spirit.
If we are free, our birth, our death, everything becomes free. Similarly if we are in bondage, then everything we do or don't do binds us. Then action binds, love binds, life binds, even death binds. Then even God binds.
In fact, we are our OWN maker.

Soul
If I am my own maker. Then it is up to me to accept my own results. If I cannot accept the result, then I change what I create or change my view.
Now m lamenting abt my weight increase.
1. I cld either accept my weight, I don't wan to.
2. I cld increase output. I don't want to.
3. I cld reduce input. I may hav to.

I think I will jus eat bread for dinner since my bfast and lunch is sumptious. Also, I meditate at nite, so food is not so important.

(8 July, part of the reason for increcased input is due to acid folic pill and secondly due to unlovebillity. Now that I am aware of my unlovability, I decide not to fill up my well of love with food. Its true, food use to be the fuel, but I now choose not to use food to fill my well of love. I prefer just to be with the feeling of unlovebility)

Father, for now I wan to acknowledge I can be negative when things doesn't turn my way. Let me emphatise others.
