Happiness and suffering are both in us

Father, today did an extra 15 min for my mornin practices. Wonder if I slept thru the shambavi stage or was it the breathing meditation. I knew the suria namaskara was good and I enjoyed it.
Yday, sathsang, the energy was great, I was laughing non stop during shambavi, quiet moment and I was even singing and dancing then. This is similar to samyama energy.
This mornin, I woke up feeling alert, not sleepy. And havin read Sadhguru's abt sanskrit sound, I focus on my guru pooja too.

If someone experiences happiness fully, if he is utterly sensitive to pleasure, if he lives it so totally that no thing remains to be lived, he will soon transcend it. Then he will be unperturbed and steady in every situation of pleasure and happiness.
Similarly, if someone experiences pain and miserly totally, if he goes into it with all his being, without trying to escape it in the least, he too will go beyond pain, he will never again be disturbed by suffering.
Krishna does not ask you to kill your sensitivity; on the contrary, he wants u to heighten your sensitivity to the utmost, so it become total.

Because then there is no part of him left to be undisturbed and unsteady. One who is complete, who is total, who becomes one with any and every situation that comes his way, such a person ceases to be a witness; he transcends witnessing.
Witnessing is a means, not an end. Now there is no alienation between the subject and the object, the observer and the observed. Now there is only observing, a process of observation. And this observation is total.

Tot of my acceptance of my self. No achievement of rship that give me both love and money, no achievement of destiny of self-mastery.
Jus accept myself, without any achievements.
At the moment, am still in witnessing stage.

Witnessing involved living it, being an actor. If not, this witnessing will become a kind of tension, disturbance, restlessness for him. Then he will always be defensive, tryin to protect himself.
If u can be totally one with the moment at hand, u will have learned the art of being one with another moment that is on its way. Then u will be one with every coming moment.

Then both happiness and misery will be your friend and they will have equal share in making you, add to your beauty and grandeur. And when ur time to leave this world, you will thank both in tremendous gratefulness.
The truth is that it is not only light that creates you, darkness has an equal hand in your creation. Not only happiness enriches you, pain and suffering have an equal share in building your richness. Not only life is a moment of rejoicing and celebration, death also is a great moment of bliss and festivity.
Then u will gratefully accept that happiness and misery are like ur own two legs on which u walk, and that now they are together available to you. Then u will realise how u have tried impossibly all ur life to walk on one leg alone - the leg of happiness.
Disorder begin when we choose. And when the chooser is, separate the world of choices is unending. Therefore witnessing is not a very lofty stage of being, it is just in the middle. It is higher than the doer, becos a doer cannot take a jump into the non-dual - the one without the doer.
