Moment to moment

Jun 21

Father, slept early yday and woke up feelin refreshed. This mornin the suria namaskara was quite effortless, I stumble a bit only towards the end. I also hav d tot of emailing IE brochue to some expat. Then after meditation, I tot to hold back cos afraid that one of them may think m too forward, but then I be firm and will send.
Be willing to face rejection to pursue success. Besides, doing Isha will be the lesson for me before my own biz.
Also tot of what I m goin to do every mornin once I finised Osho - Krishna. I didn't wan to buy or read another book. Then I tot might as well take the time to study 7 thunder card.
Like I told L, there is big potential in the 7thunder cards and I think it it no being explored yet.
Also yday, found out another Queen of Diamond, same bday some more. I recall at first I didn't like him, but one year later, especially after shoonya, m fine wit him now.

Ozho
Krishna does not divide life into black and white, good and evil as moralist and monks do.
Nothing is certain for all time and space, under all circumstances. Nothing is good or evil under all circumstances. There are occassions when poison can work like nectar and nectar can work like poison. There are moments when blessings turn into curses and curses into blessings.
It is totally determined by the moment at hand. Nothing can be predetermined and prejudged.
If someone does so, he is in for troubles in life, because life is a flux where everything changes from moment to moment. So Krishna lives in the moment; nothing is predetermined.

Soul
While I now have more grey, I still hav not lived moment to moment.
For now, I can and will do in the pool. Just focus on floating and let body moves. Forget abt reaching destination. Jus go wit the flow. Once I forget abt destination, fear reduce as I don't measure how far I have to swim. Once I focus on the moment, floating, fear reduce as I am not afraid of drowning.

My family or rather niece/nephews now aware that I laugh without reason when I am about to sleep and when I am in the pool. Its liberating. L told me if she had the laughing experience, she will go to the pool daily.
I didn't think of going more times cos sleep also I laugh. Besides what I seek is the awareness during awake.

Osho
Krishna does not believe in doing anything reluctantly. If war becomes inescapable, he will go to it with all his heart and mind.
Krishna lives in the moment. Infact, every blissful person lives in the moment, that is, he lives in timeless space.

But those who chose unhappiness and are pessimistic and miserable cannot afford to live in the moment, they live in time. They carry with them the heavy load of all the miseries of the dead past - which is no more, and all the imaginable miseries of the endless future - which is yet to come. So, of course, they feel crushed under the dead weight of their psychological pain and agony.

A man of bliss does not accept the existence of any other time, except the present, the living moment. He dies totally to the past - which is not. And does not take into account the future. Such a person is fully responsible to this moment. To be open to the living moment is his way of life, his joy, his bliss.

Soul
1st tot, I shouldn't do 7thunder card cos ultimately I wan to live in the moment.
2nd tot this Is jus the mind askin u not to do.
3rd tot, to live in d moment - now I still wan to learn. Ultimately how I used it is another matter.
I am glad that I have now expended energy. I study 7 thunder and do writing on Friday and Sunday. So, that is good. Saturday is my rest day. I take my afternoon nap on Friday and Saturday

Osho
One who clings to his past (have good memory) cannot come to truth, because truth is always now and here, it is in the moment.
That which helps life grow, flower and dance ecstatiscally is religion. And that which impedes life's growth, which distorts and stifles life's flowering, which smother life's joy and festivity is irreligion. Irreligion is what blocks and suffocates life; religion is what helps it to come to its fulfillment.
