Don't get caught up with random thoughts

Oct 27
Woke up fresh around 3.17 am. Doze back and wake up at 3.52 am.
Throat feeling bit irritated and start to cough

Did Bhuta Shuddi, followed by corrected cat stretch.
Angamardhana was quite good. Hero posture was good. Did the omitted standing posture, and two corrected lying down postures.  But forgot to do the finale one leg posture.
Did the corrected kundalini posture. Sat for longer period in Dhynna.
Surya Kriya is very good but left back ankle still can't be stretched.
Shakti was okay. Shambavi was good.
Not enough time for longer silence. Will have to wake up earlier to accommodate the corrected cat stretch and also additional posture for Angamardhana

Controlling random thoughts - got from facebook
Insight meditation can be practiced anytime, anywhere. “People who do it quickly realize that much of what goes on in their heads involves random thoughts that often have little substance,” Lazar comments. “The goal is not so much to ‘empty’ your head, but to not get caught up in random thoughts that pop into consciousness.”

Soul
Yes.
Nowadays listening to my tots. Mind is quiet that I can even hear the swirl of petrol in my car. No longer need to switch on radio. Just comfortable in my silence.
