My shrine is now complete with Sanndihi

Oct 24
Yesterday evening Sannidhi pooja was good. Always good to connect with Sadhguru. Cried a bit.
I sat near to Devi for the sadhana, for Shoonya and Breathing meditation.
During the breathing meditation, I cry out to Devi, with Devi I can always cry my heart out. The cry with Sadhguru is different. With Devi, its heartwrenching pain; Devi is my aunt.
Shoonya went in deep.
Later in the night did my pre-sleep session with the Shrine.
Just love how my night goes, just enjoying the space with the Shrine.
Father, I am living my true values.
There were some tots of Z but it no longer matters as I am living my values on my own terms.

This morning woke up fresh before 6 am. Body is okay and I slept back.
There were some stiffness in my body. Can feel knees bit stretched when I sat down on the floor. Mind was asking me to take a break, I just said whatever will be, will be. Will see how body react later.
Sat near to Devi and Dhynalinga yantra
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by Guru pooja. I was crying in guru pooja. I told Devi, she is always in my heart, cry with heart wrenching hot tears. Feels much better. The tingling in my head is minimal today.
Did corrected Cat Stretch. Went into deep meditation after Cat Stretch, something about it.
Love it. Then had to take a break to release myself in the toilet, had slight constipation this week. Good release.

Did opening invocation once more.
Angamardhana was very good. From the forward bending, to the squatting posture and even the Hero posture, I was sitting quite comfortably, singing and dancing. I took much longer in the Dhyna session.
Surya Kriya was the best ever...the alignment is near perfection, both feet touches ground on all four mountain pose. Breathing was not so great as I cried much earlier but was okay too.
The breathing meditation was good.
Shakti was okay, kapala Bhakti not that great, but went in deep too.
Shambavi was good.
toward the end singing.
So glad to have my shrine with me, truly makes my sadhana more effortless.
