I am now a Devotee, in the lap of Grace

Woke up around 5 am to toilet and then later at 6 am as stomach was painful, did my release.
Finally when alarm rang at 7 am, I was feeling bit lazy to wake up.
Left shoulder quite stiff, bit worried if I can handle the massage
Decided to sleep for another hour and give a break on my joints and didn't do Angamardhana.

Woke up at 8 plus am. Too late for Bhuta Shuddi but feel good for giving myself a break.

Sang guru pooja and did the correct Cat Stretch and feel good. Surprisingly I can see right elbow getting stronger.
After the Cat Stretch, went into meditative zone and sat in silence for awhile. I am falling in love with the corrected Cat Stretch.
Did three cycle of Surya Kriya. I was suprised that the pain at the back of my left ankle has reduced much. I am able to touch both feet to the ground in mountain pose. Alignment is quite good as my right elbow and left shoulder seems to be working. I think the effect from the corrected Cat stretch is helping in my Surya Kriya especially in mountain pose.
The breathing was fine too and so I am able to stay longer time on the mountain pose.
All in all the best Surya kriya i ever had.
Breathing was lovely.

To be in the lap of grace, it is a fortune. A distinct difference will happen in u.
With the right Ambience - you just relax, melt and merge with Grace.

Every emotion that u go thru in ur lives, it is ur own making. If u can go thru this consciously, u definitely choose the sweetest way to be. People who think they r intelligent tries to stay away from devotion. Devotion simply means in ur life, when u r aware there is something larger than ur life functioning around u.

When u r overwhelmed, if u r sensitive enough, u r naturally a devotee. U may not be in temple or etc, u may not be dressed as one. Maybe u never uttered God's name. If u r aware something far bigger than u is functioning right now, u r naturally devoted.
When u think u r everything, u can't be a devotee
If this is a living reality of knowing something larger than you then you are always a devotee.
