Woke up from a dream upon alarm at 4.40 am. Slept around 11.30 pm yesterday and so decide to skip Angamardhana as I need around 5 hours sleep.
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by corrected cat stretch. Me doing 8 breathe which is slightly more than the 5 breathe required during guided practice. My elbow joints are getting stronger.
Did Surya Kriya, alignment is good. Feet can touch the floor too on mountain pose except for left foot that is still stiff and can't be stretch yet. The left back ankle pain has reduced. Hope to get back in action. This one is constant on and off.

Advantages of RA
it gives me a good justification not to be in physical mode.
It left me off the hook on physical work.
It gain me some sympathy as other parts of my life is well or rather I m not able to express my hidden sadness.
It push me forward in my inner journey.
It keeps me going into healthier life style.
Disadvantage
Pain
Can't do much physical exercise such as running l
Low immune system but this corrected by Bhuta Shuddhi.
Father, I am ready to let go of RA. I no longer need it to persevere in my inner journey.
