Effortless Angamardhana

Woke up from a dream upon alarm at 3.52 am. Was bit groggy but body is okay.

Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch.
Angamardhana was quite effortless. I was so nimble and fit. The squatting session hardly affects me. The hero posture was painless, just a bit stretched in the left knee but no pain. I am able to sat comfortably and even the back is held straight instead of forward bend. The sitting down and lying down session was good too. Since it was quite effortless, I had very quick Shavasana.
Surya Kriya, a breakthrough, finally both palms can touch the floor comfortably on standing posture. I was also able to have my forehead very near to my knees. This is a first time in my life. Must have been the pooja yesterday. What a great way to start my Yogasanas refresher today.
Breathing was okay, not great.
Shakti was good with 150 Kapala Bhakti. But towards the end had to rest a bit. Can feel myself in meditative zone during the final breathing count session.   Sang quite a fair bit followed by Laughing a bit at the final rest sitting posture There were little tots during Kapala Bhakti.
Shambavi was good. Towards the end breathe hissing and later silence.

As I was driving to work I pass by a building of which didn't interview me for a position I wanted many years ago. I am so glad that they didn't find me suitable. I m truly glad of my position now. Having the flexibility, freedom and support for a three day week and now even to shorten it by one hour daily so I can do sannidhi pooja. I m truly blessed.

Just now tot of Y not returning my message. Instead of seeing it as rejection I see it that he didn't know how to respond as he is not going forward in his sadhana whereas I am despite subscribing to Sadhguru online. This is especially so after the Sathsang when Sadhguru said the way is near but if u travel to the other end, then u prolong the journey; which he did. But it may be his path as his South Node in Aquarius.
Me now on my own, loving my shrine. Wouldn't exchange my situation now. I m where I should be. I feel another karma broken. Possibly due to me acknowledging both Z and Y wives and also finally created Joy Ong Facebook.

Solar in 12th house
Through the principle of "let go and let God" u are teaching others to have trust and confidence in the universal unfolding of events. U help other people to learn how to cope with unexpected changes and the ups and downs of life. U show them how to deal with limitations that can be received only when we are willing to listen to inner world within, and how to appreciate the inspiration that can be received only when we are willing to listen to the inner voice.  U teach others to accept and even to appreciate the confines of their own mind.

People can learn from u how to contact peace and inner serenity through meditation and how to gain awareness that the universe can unfold to those who are willing to slow down and listen by going within.

U also have the ability to deal with institutions of all kinds. U are excellent at counselling others because u are aware of their self-defeating patterns and can offer emotional encouragement according to the nature of the sign in which ur solar eclipse is found (Taurus).

A few years ago I would have said nope to this but now definitely possible and will become true.
