Father, feeling sleepy. Breathe watching wasn't so smooth, but jus continue lah.
Not so happy wit progress. Of late, I noticed I don't laugh during morning practises.

Also not happy wit d way I cut off second sister.

The Power of Now
Question: I have been practising meditation. I have been to workshop. I have read many books onf spirituality. I try to be in the state of nonresistanct - but I haven't found true and lasting inner peace.

Answer; You are still seeking outside and u cannot get out of the seeking mode.
Don't look for peace.
Don't look for any state than the one you are in now; otherwise, u will set up inner conflict and unconscious resistance.
Forgive urself for not being at peace. The moment u completely accept ur non-peace, ur non-peace becomes transmuted into peace.
Anything u accept fully will get u there.
This is the miracle of surrender.
When u accept what is, every piece of meat - every moment - is the best. That is enlightenment.

The outer situation of ur life and whatever happens there is the surface of the lake.
Sometimes calm, sometimes windy and rough, according to the cycles and seasons.
Deep down, however, the lake is undisturbed.
You are the whole lake, not just the surface, and u r in touch with ur own depth, which remains absolutely still.
You don't resist change by mentally clinging to any situation. Your inner peace doesn't depend on it.
You abide in ur being and no longer dependent for fulfillment on happiness on the outer world of constantly fluctuating forms.

Soul - same message as Osho card.

The Power of Now
Compassion is the awareness of a deep bond between urself and all creatures.

In compassion, the seemingly opposite feelings of sadness and joy merge into one and become transmuted into a deep inner peace.
You are in touch with something infinitely greater than any pleasure, greater than any manifested thing.
In a way, u don't need the world anymore. You don't even need it to be different from the way it is.
It is only at this point that u begin to make a real contribution toward bringing about a better world, toward creating a different order of reality.
It is only at this point that you are able to feel true compassion and to help others at the level of cause.

Only those who have transcended the world can bring about a better world. (Apr 8 - I can help). In this state, ur healing influence is primarily based not on doing but on being. Everybody u come in contact with will be touched by your presence and affected by the peace that u emanate, whether they are conscious of it or not.

When u r fully present and people around you manifest unconscious behaviour, u won't feel the need to react to it, so u don't give it any reality. (Apr 8 - I definitely did experienced this.)
Your peace is so vast and deep that anything that is not peace disappears into it as if it has not existed. This breaks the karmic cycle of action and reaction.

Animals, trees, flowers will feel ur peace and respond to it. You teach through being, through demonstrating the peace of God.
You become the "light of the world", an emanation of pure consciousness and so u eliminate suffering on the level of cause.
You eliminate unconsciousness from the world.

Evening
The korean drama heroin, this is d first show that I can really identify wit her issue.
Without a partner - she is lonely
With a partner - she is hurt.
The r'ship went thru so many hurdles, firstly herself, cos the guy is younger n no money, then when she took the plunge, he has an ex to contend with. Then when they finally live together, their families found out n come wit ensuing drama. Then she has to go thru period whereby he worked out his inner demons and he finally straigthen out and go back to his former job as a lawyer n then it was with his another ex.
So, here she is older, less educated, no money; facing his ex who is younger, highly educated and wealthy.
Thru out the whole time, d guy has never confessed his love. So she felt insecure.
Now everyone is forcing them to marry and d guy is a responsible person, he would do what is required. So that means he will marry out of duty/responsibility, not becos of love.
So exhausting for her. The emotional drama.
She ask for break_up.
Even I watching also tot the heroin has loads to bear.
Totally understandable cos I can jus imagine myself doing it.
You wan to run away frm the hurt, the need to prove urself again and again, to seek love. You felt so low, like u lost who u are n u wan to get back control of ur life. So, I can understand.
As for d guy, he still has his own issue to deal with. So, I would say this is a timing issue. Hey, wait a minute, d guy bought the ring before he met the heroin's mother. So, he do want it.
Mmm, I guess this is my past.

I am less affected by my dream. I focus on my inner and let it be revealed.
