With presence, negativity becomes a helpful wake up signal

Mar 10
Father, think m on d right track on d change of sequence of my practices. By doing d samyama and breathe watching first before d kriyas, I place them as more important and secondly, it is more realistic practice, thirdly m more awake.
Ever since I come back frm Samyama, m less sleepy in d morning. Infact today is d most awake day. Mmm, not sure if its becos of d slight prod on my car boot. I think it shld be fine.

The Power of Now
Once u identified with some form of negativity, u do not want to let go and on a deeply unconscious level, u do not want positive change.
It would threaten ur identity as a depressed, angry, or hard-done-by person.
You will then ignore, deny or sabotage the positive in ur life. This is a common phenomenon. It is also insane.

Watch any plant or animal and let it teach u acceptance of what is surrender to the Now.
Let it teach you Being.
Let it teach you integrity - which means to be one, to be yourself, to be real.
Let it teach u how to live and how to die, and how not to make living and dying into a problem.

You stop negativity from arising by being fully present.

When u have reached a certain degree of presence, u don't need negativity anymore to tell you what is needed in ur life situation.
But as long as negativity is there, use it. Use it as a kind of signal that reminds u to be more present.
Whenever u notice that some form of negativity has arisen within you, look on it, not as a failure but as a helpful signal that is telling you; "Wake up. Get out of your mind. Be present "

Soul - m using my RA as a reminder.

The Power of Now
Even the slightest irritation is significant and needs to be acknowledged and looked at, otherwise, there will be a cumulative build-up of unobserved reactions.
If u can drop it, drop it fully. If u cannot, go into it fully.

What is the purpose of irritation? None whatsover. Why did you create the irritation? You didn't, the mind did it. It was totally automatic, totally unconscious.
Why did the mind create it?
Because the mind holds the unconscious belief that its resistance, which u experience as negativity or unhappiness in some form, will somehow dissolve the undesirable condition.
This, of course, is a delusion.
The resistance that it creates, the irritation or anger may be far more disturbing than then origional cause that it is attempting to dissolve.

Feel yourself becoming transparent, as it were, without the solidity of a material body.
Now allow whatever causes the negative reaction to pass right through you.
It is no longer hitting a solid "wall" inside you.

Soul - this is similar to break free of limitation, dissolving internally. Same msg as Sadhguru yday.

Mmm. Interesting.

Evening
Start wit Brahma Nanda, do shoonya n then followed samyama n finish wit shakti.
Jus great laughter.

Earlier checked d Destiny card. D was supposed to have major event so that she can change. I am instrumental in her life and spiritual transformation.
Relationship don't mix wit work - D's karma. Mmm, she said her lesson wit A was trust. Wonder if that her lesson wit M too.

On family, m disappointed that second sis, being a pouting child, claimed to be physically 'challenged' in single drive. Me, also disappointed that first sis also choose her church over us. No wonder she didn't reply my mail on her 'division'.
Anyway, m fine. Like mom said, jus me and younger sis will do. I miss them during CNY, so a good visit. Besides, also wan to shop a bit.

Today read blog. If inner purpose is fulfilled, its ok even if outer purpose not fulfilled. This is to teach me that outer purpose can never fulfil me. Read this earlier but didn't impact me and now after Samyama, me seeing no outer change, was disappointed n u gav me d answer.

D also note that for me, its inner change, not outer.
