There is tremendous attraction in love, because its life .... and fear also because it is life.  I
Love is dark. Love has a quality of darkness in it.
There are ways to avoid love; the past and the future are the ways to avoid love. So either u love in the past or u love in the future.
If u think too much - and thinking is always of the past or the future - ur energies are distracted.
So the first step is: to be herenow. Future and past bring thinking; thinking destroys feeling. And a person

Soul
A tot just occurred that Y avoid cos he knows he is in danger of falling too. If he is in no danger, why avoid until so fearfully. Just like I avoided Sadhguru so fearfully a few years ago. This may sound far to far etched but m glad I have positive instead of negative tot.

Was driving back home and suddenly tot of my married name with Y's family name. I like the sound of it.
I recalled seeing the three guys together and my choice is still Y.

Suddenly I knew I m finally ready for Kapalvriksha. I never could do it. Finally decided to buy the DVD back in July 2013.
Just now suddenly feel I want to Kapalvriksha on Y. All there wishes involve him.

It feels good finally asking for what I want; not bothering whether it is achievable or not. But just focus on telling what I desires.
Like Sadhguru says since it is my dream, then it is up to me to make a beautiful dream.
Doing Kapalvriksha was effortless.
