Sadhguru loves me - finally got me

What a great night.
Amazingly loving just being with Sadhguru.
Just laughing loads, body was like flying and cry some cos felt  overwhelmed and gratitude for the tools. I was bubbling with intense joy.
Sadhguru loves me. Felt so great and loved just watching him, being with him. Towards the end he gave a finger shot pistol at me. Guess just to make me laugh again.

Upa Yoga was truly something. So simple asanas yet amazing experience. I was laughing too. Just two days ago L asked me whether I want to join Upa Yoga. I said nope and it can only happen by accident.

True enough today Upa Yoga was introduced in the Mystic program. It was amazing and Sadhguru said this asanas strengthen the spine. All our emotions arise from the spine.

About seven months ago after Ayur Samporna, I wanted to do a pgm on spine. Tot of even doing Pilate. Little did I know that Isha already offer such spine program. I will be doing. Again another falling.
For now just feeling loved with Sadhguru.

Y avoided me throughout the trip. Just now didn't even say goodbye. It was a sad ending. Well, like the Cosmic Love said in conflict; give each other space.

Finally over with Z. Can voluntarily walk over. I chose Y over him. Alas Y is not into me. But at least chapter on Z is closed. And Y has already closed his door.
Well I m sad that our great friendship ended like that. Maybe we are ship that pass through the night. It was a whirlwind thing to give closure on Z.
