Bubble of laughter before sleeping

Father, body woke up before alarm rang. I showered and start practices. I m glad of the change of routine, shower first helps me to be more aware.
Suria Namaskara were good, I was able to feel my body joints softening.
Shakti was fine too. I now focus on slowing down kapala bhakti, a different feeling.
Shambavi was good too.
These days, no longer sleepy when driving to work.
Throughout the practices, little tots of Z.
Yday, when I went to bed to lie down, suddenly bubble of laughter erupted. Its been awhile. I couldn't sleep immediately, possibly due to high energy and some tots of Z was coming in. I just focus on my breathe and within minutes I fell into deep sleep.

Today was listening to radio, birth card with number 1 is a leader. This is the same concept with natal chart. I had 1st house in my Sun and Ascendant Rising
