Today woke up before alarm but I slept back. Then later had a dream and was waken by alarm at 7 am.
Did Bhoota Shuddi and sang guru pooja. Did one cycle of yoga Namaskar and surya kriya. Asanas was quite okay. Added in one cycle of the angarmadhana first set of standing posture.
Breathing was lovely.
Shakti was good. Went in deep. These days enjoy Kapala Bhakti. Ended with singing and head mopping.
Shambavi good too. Towards the end just contented silence.
Also loving my pre-sleep silence with Shrine.
Destiny, freedom and soul by Osho
Man is a quest, not a question. A question can be solved intellectually. A quest must be solved existentially. The quest is not simple; it is very complex - and it is very rare that a person achieves resolution. But unless u search for it, u will continue to be in agony, in turmoil. U will remain a cry in the wilderness. U will not know joy. Not knowing yourself, how can u be joyous? And u will not know benediction. Not knowing urself, there is no benediction.
U will hear words like contentment and blissfulness, but they will remain words. They won't have meaning for u. The meaning has to be supplied by ur experience.
Soul
Amen. I have experienced contentment on daily basis. Joyfulness on frequent basis and blissfulness intermittently.
Destiny, freedom and soul by Osho
Thomas Carlyle said, "The misfortune of man has its source in his greatness. For there is something infinite in him and he cannot succeed in burying himself completely in the finite.
There is something in u that is higher than you, bigger than you and there is no way to bury it somewhere in the finite. U can see that each time u succeed in the finite, the success will bring u nothing but awareness of ur failure.
Nothing makes u more aware of powerlessness than power. Nothing makes u more aware of inner poverty than riches - because of the contrast.
Soul
Me can be alone and have been alone for nearly all my life. Perhaps that why I want my partner. Someone that can be mutually vulnerable, committed and empowering. Someone I can grow old, grow up with in lovingness.

From one side, this seems to be a misfortune. From another side, it is his greatness. Carlyle was right when he said that the misfortune of man has its own source in his greatness. This greatness is the human capacity to surpass oneself, to go beyond oneself, to make a ladder of one's life, to jump out of oneself.
Unless that jump happened, u live in wasteland. Nothing will ever bloom there.
The flowers start blooming only when u have started reaching somewhere close to truth. That is the quest.
