Osho - do that which you enjoy

Mar 13 aft

Father, I feels good. A great burden has lifted. I can now stay in Isha as I am.
I am also glad of my two face to face Sadhguru. First time he laugh at me. Second time he laugh and shoot me with his hand.
He already approves of me. I need do nothing.

Maturity by Osho
Freedom implies the right to say yes or to say no.
Saying no feels like more of a freedom than saying yes.
Whenever u say no, u feels more free.
Whenever u say yes, u don't feel free because u have obeyed, yes means u have surrendered - where is the freedom?
No means u are stubborn, u asserted yourself, no means u are ready to fight. No defines u more clearly then yes.

Soul
Exactly.
Such irony I used to guide others to say no. Little did I realised I can't say nope easily in romantic and personal relationships.

Maturity
When u say no, why is bound to be asked. It sharpens ur intelligence, it gives u a definition, a style, freedom.
Consciousness gives u freedom, freedom gives u the capacity to say no, and there is more possibility to say no than to say yes.
Without yes, there is no harmony. But it takes time to grow to such maturity, where u can say yes and yet remain free, where u can say yes and yet remain unique. Where u can say yes and yet not become a slave.
The ultimate growth is to say yes with such joy as a child says no. That is a second childhood. And the man who can say yes with tremendous freedom and joy, with no hesitation, with no strings attached, with no conditions - a pure and simple yes - that man has become a sage. That man lives in harmony again.

I am not saying don't learn to say no. I am saying learn to say no when it is time to say no but don't get stuck with it. Slowly, slowly, see that there is a higher freedom that comes with yes, and a greater harmony.

Soul
That's Sadhguru.
To me even the teachers said yes cos they are workaholic; Spades. They need work to feel fulfilled.
Me a diamond. Need to just be.  Need to learn to say no. One day I may say yes. But for now the answer is no.

Maturity
The is an action mode  - an outgoing mode. And there is an inaction mode too: u don't do anything, u simply allow it to happen. We have forgotten that language. That forgotten language has to be learned.

God can only be known in the receptive mode.

Buddha can transform the whole world by sitting under his bodhi tree, but to look at those vibrations u will have to be attuned, u will have to grow. To recognise a Buddha is to be already on the path. To recognise a Mother Teresa is very easy, there is nothing much in it. Anybody can see that she is doing good work.
To do good work is one thing and to be good is totally another. I am not saying don't do good works. I am saying let good work comes out of ur being good.

First attain to the receptive mode, first attain to the passive , first attain to the non active.
And when ur inner being flowers and u have come to know the integration inside - which is always there, the center is always there. Suddenly death disappear for u. Suddenly all worries disappears because u are no longer a body now and no longer a mind.
Then compassion arises, love arises, prayer arises. U become a showering, a blessing to the world.

I would like to give u a simple technique.
Do only that which u enjoy.
If u don't enjoy, don't do it.
Try it - because enjoyment comes only from ur center.
If u are doing something and u enjoy it, u start getting reconnected with the center.
If u do something that u don't enjoy, u are disconnected from the center.
Joy arises from the center and from nowhere else.
So let it be a criterion and be fanatic about it.

U are walking on the road; suddenly u recognise that u are not enjoying the walk. Stop. Finished - this is bit to be done.
