Ace of Hearts in Environment and Results

Woke up around 5 am, feeling hot. Slept back.
Then woke up around 7.08 am, changed the alarm from 7.15 to 7.30 am instead.
Slept back and woke up again.

Did guru pooja and start Surya Kriya.
Did my 5 cycles of Surya Kriya, alignment not great...but 5 cycles was effortless.
Can now do the standing asanas slowly.
My only difficulty now is the mountain pose as my right elbow can't take my body weight.

Breathing was amazing. After the Shavasana, I just sat and body went into arashidharna posture albeit without the straightening of back. Somehow I didn't move and realise that it is good to have my body grounded...I sat for nearly half an hour without moving my feet.

Shakti was great...doing it with awareness. Very little tots and when I see the tots, I bring myself back immediately. Towards the end laughter erupted...then followed by singing love songs.
This continues even when I was doing preparatory steps for Shambavi.
Shambavi was good.
Towards the end, just silence...sitting there without any movement.
For a long while there were no tots....the mind was silent....

When I am done, I just wake up and saw my Sadhana 'hall' and their pictures are so 'clear'. I feel so refreshed; as if woke up from a great nap. Amen

Nearly half year have past, and finally I can see the new beginnings...
I am opening up to new relationships.
