Now doing my abridged book of Passion Test. Got this happy list I did back in 2009
When my life is ideal, I am
1. I am happy and joyful
2. I am feeling loved and appreciated
3. I am with my partner savouring our life together
4. I am doing my meditation everywhere and anytime, even with eyes open
5. I am staying in a beatiful nature house with open glass overseeing trees on one side and overseeing the blue/orange sky
6. I am always invited for good food session
7. I can travel on my whim and fancy on a a luxurious mode
8. I am working with people whom I like and respect n we able to challenge friendly like d time in my ex-company
9. I am doing work which stimulate my creativity, using my forte in strategic planning and valuation for people/things/prospect; ie ability to identify diamond in anything even if I had no prior experience
10. I am writing a book of my life - The journey of becoming whole again
11. I am able to say what I like, do what I like without any thought of others opinion
12. I am very rich n secure that I can donate 1 million a year n that's mean I am a billionaire
13. I am invited to give talks internationally
14. I am able to provide my family with a lovely house.
15. I am able to be a philanthropist more towards helping individuals rather than unknown groups
16. I am able to help anyone within my sphere
17. I have a group of friends who is in my journey
Soul
Under 11, I asked for just being myself. Today I finally released my Burden card.
Amen
Time to re-do my Passion List again. This is a new me after 3 years. Now looking at the list, some have changed.
Be the Change

I believe the most important fruit of meditation is the opening of our hearts. If meditation is working, that is what it is doing. Almost every control habit I had in my life and every contraction in my body was a defence against opening my heart.
What I discovered was that I could open and be okay, that I do not have to defend myself. I think I was actually afraid of feeling, I tot I would be overwhelmed, but I found that I can be over-whelmed by feelings and its fine.
I am fine, I don't have to defend myself against grief or depression. My heart can open and it is not going to destroy me.
Soul
Exactly same for me. As I too am a control person. I automatically suppressed my sadness. Meditation release the control mode and enable me to feel.
