Feeling the contentment within - rejoice in my inner self

Sept 30
Slept around 11.30 pm yesterday. Woke up 4.20 am upon alarm, interrupted a dream.
Sat on the toilet bowl, feeling bit lethargic. Anyway, took a shower and did my practices.
Did 5 cycles of Surya kriya. Reduce the lying posture breath to coincide with asanas breathe timing. Mountain pose and lying down pose is much easier. Also the holding breathe is done correctly. And finally reduce the speed of lifting up upper body on lying asanas. I was lifting up too fast. Did a quick Shavasana followed by cleansing. Important to reduce the heat.
Breathe meditation was nice and can even see violet flame.
Shakti was good. I focus on Kapala Bhakti instead of getting hooked. I can now see my tots, some present and some past but I don't get edgy or too much hooked on it. They will be there. Towards the end, I was laughing loads, feeling my centre.
Shambavi was good. Towards the end, contentment. This time I just sat and focus on my centre. Just knowing that the contentment is from within. Nice.

This watching and getting to  know the centre give a different feel to the practices.

As I was driving, tots of past came. I just accept it be there. Mind need to flow tots and it can only use the past. I can't stop it. I can only make myself not bothered. Just knowing that I won't go there and its not real.

Adhyatma Upanishad - Osho
Knowing that you are the perpetually blissful soul, always rejoice in this bliss within and without your very soul.

Soul
Yes. Treat my practices as a way to rejoice my inner bliss.

 Adhyatma Upanishad - Osho
The fruit of detachment is knowledge, the fruit of knowledge is relaxedness, and the peace that descends from experiencing self-bliss is the very fruit of relaxedness.

There is no happiness through the body, there is no peace through the other - that is the case, it is only seeing with eyes open.

Soul
Finally changed my reminder of partner to this instead. Adhyatma Upanishad - Osho
Knowing that you are the perpetually blissful soul, always rejoice in this bliss within and without your very soul.
