Want to break out of the box that others have put me in

Oct 9
Woke up upon alarm at 7.20 am. Finished my practices around 10.15 am.
Guru pooja was good, head shaking non stop after I did a slow one. These few days I didn't rush guru pooja.

Did 5 cycles of Surya kriya.  Foot alignment is better. The first 3 cycles full concentration so no tots. The fourth and fifth cycle was effortless and so tots come in.
Breathing was lovely and nice.
Shakti was good. Kapala Bhakti had violet flames but still going bit fast. First 2 cycles full awareness, lost bit on partial of 3rd cycle.
Shambavi was good. I was singing in my mind at the onset after Shakti. Then I remember Osho said let the expression be and meanwhile focus on the inner. So I can hear the singing in my mind and yet connect inward. A different feel.
Towards the end just feeling contentment.

I recalled just 3 rounds of tots on the past. Others are mainly around office and some tots on Pa.
Mmm, didn't really connect to myself during the practices. Just read my journal dated Oct 1.

Family planing for overseas trip. That's under my Top 10 list, family going for trip. Love my family togetherness.

Cancer by Jan Spiller in Oct 2013
On October 18th, there will be a Lunar Eclipse in Aries.  Lunar Eclipses are powerful Full Moons that help to shine a light on areas of your life that are ripe for change.  It can be a time to let go of outmoded ways of being and open yourself to new thoughts and ideas.
This Lunar Eclipse will square your Cancer Sun which can make it feel especially potent.  Your career and public image will be most impacted by this energy.  You may have a strong desire to change careers and/or redefine how others see you.
There is a strong pull for you now to break out of the boxes others have put you in and follow your own path.  You can experience the most success when you stay true to yourself and let go of fears about what others might think.  That said, you will still need to ally yourself with like-minded others and utilize your skills of teamwork and compromise.

Soul
So true. Out of blue, suddenly I realised that I am the one that hold on to leadership in Isha.
Just like I hold on to the directorship in sister company. I issue a signed resignation notice giving them one month to find replacement for me.
On Isha guides, I am going for 6 months sabatical. Will speak to Sr when he is back from India.
Next month I be in Ashram anyway, so tell him to do for another 5 months. Then I can then reasssess whether being a guide is for me.
Once and for all, test it.
