Osho - Karma and Dharma - we go on repeating ourselves like the sun sets

Oct 8 aft

Today card
The Eight of Spades
The Eight of Spades is the most powerful card of physical and will power. When this card is present, you will find yourself experiencing more power over your health and work matters. Success is indicated by this card, along with the ability to overcome any obstacles that may appear in your way. Power comes from a focusing of our will, a narrowing down of the areas of our interest. Because of this, we often lose focus in less important areas while we gather force in one.

Soul
True.I am determined to end my directorship in sister company and also my tenure as sathsang guide. Given them one month notice on directorship. This week would be the last Sathsang. Thereafter I will remain as back up for the main guide.
One thing I want is to connect with nature. I miss my trees in the garden. This morning, feel so good with the lovely trees on the road side.

Amen
Upanishad
Means sitting near, being near , having a closeness to the master. The listener is not there, the speaker is not there; there remains just the speech, there remains just the capability of listening. Then Upanishad happens.

Adhyatma Upanishad - Osho
In the beginningless world, millions and millions of karmas, action-impressions are accumulated. They are all destroyed by this samadhi, pure dharma, self nature grows.

Karma and dharma, action and religion. What we do is action, and what we are is religion. Religion means our self nature, actions means what we are doing. Action means our self nature reaching outside. Action means we reach outside ourselves into the world. Action means we connect with somebody other than ourselves.

Self nature means separate from the other, without relating to the world - the I am, the inner being. It has nothing to do with doing. It is not made of what u do. It is present prior to all ur doings. It is ur nature.  There can be mistake in karma, the doing; there can be none in dharma. Dharma means a quality - our self nature, our inner self nature, our being.

So, the more doing, the more the self nature goes on getting covered. All that we do goes on burying our being. And there are so many layers of our doing that slowly slowly we forget completely that there is any being other than that of the  doings.

It is not only the sun that sets every evening and rises again in the morning - u too, go on setting and rising in the same manner. It is circular, a wheel. The word samsara means a wheel, which goes on revolving on the same axis.
