Nov 3
Father, body woke up before 6 am but I just slept further as I knew I can wake up at 7 am.
The Last Morning Star (Osho)
The whole purpose of attaining to the divine is to bring meaning into ur life. The purpose of attaining to godliness is so that a fragrance can come into ur life, a perfume, a music. A celebration, an elation can come.
Man possess the most unique thing in the whole of existence: consciousness. U have been given such a precious treasure, but what have u attained with all ur running around. Ur salary may go up a little, u may accumulate some money in ur safe, u may get a bigger car in place of a smaller car, a bigger house in place of a smaller house.....
But having given this supreme consciousness, what r u really doing with it? The bliss of the entire universe can be contained in it.
Finding the divine means only one thing: that your doors can become open to bliss, that the whole festival of life can penetrate u, than u can rise up dancing.
The only meaning of "the divine" is that the truth of ur life becomes manifest, the destiny that u r carrying within u is revealed, ur inner lotus blossoms. When such a lotus blossoms, it is the ultimate celebration.
What do u have in ur life right now? Take ur life and examine everything. Open up everything and see what is there. U will find there is nothing there, that there is dead silence. It is because of this emptiness that u become ambitious and u want to fill it with wealth, with high position - with anything at all. U r empty, and u want to fill urself with anything u can find.
Soul
Exactly. These last 2 days I was bit off, feeling lonely, missing Z but my friends also busy. They are filling up their life with something. Whereas, me deliberately avoid something external so there is nothing. I am comfortable with the 3 days job. I haven't been writing cos there is no new insights.
The Last Morning Star (Osho)
However big ur house, ur status, ur position inside. However big it may be, u cannot take it inside u. The only one who can go inside u is the divine, because it is already there.
To be full within is to have attained to the divine. And when u r completely full inside, totally full, then there is contentment, satisfaction, satiation, truth consciousness and bliss.
Soul
Ya. The thing is I found it and then I lost it. There is leakage.
The Last Morning Star (Osho)
What u remember when u r sad is not the real God, because when u r sad, u start asking for ur sorrow to be taken away. When u r happy, there is nothing to ask for, there is something to give.
Pour urself into prayer, don't ask for anything. Give, don't ask. In the ultimate moment of prayer, a devotee let's go of himself, he offers himself.
As soon as u begin to search, u have lost. Everything is just here to be had, but in order to have it, one needs a mind that is not the mind of a beggar.
Soul
Father, Thank U. Once again U answered my prayer. I was feeling lonely and lost. Instead of lamenting, let me find myself.
The Last Morning Star (Osho)
U have given me for no reason at all. I am not worthy, but still u have given me everything. Eventhough I am not worthy, still u have showered on this unworthy person. U have given me life, U have given me love, U have given me the capacity to experience bliss, u have given me the sensitivity to see beauty. U have given me all of this!
Soul
This is exactly what I said in my thanksgiving whenever I reach a joyful state in meditation, whenever I see the aliveness in trees.
I am always thankful for having a tool that give me such peace.
The Last Morning Star (Osho)
Embrace the eternal. Don't grab at straws - nothing remains when u grab at straws. Don't sail in paper boats. If u must make a boat, make it out of the divine's name. If u must grab hold of something, take hold of the divine's feet. If u must grab something, grab that which will never leave u, which cannot be taken away from u.
Soul
Yea, that's why I m focusing on my yoga practices and swimming class.
Today not so good. There were a big crowd and I can only finish in 3 rounds for a 50 m swim in breast stroke.
