Father, thank U. I think my energy is back I woke up at 2.30 am and then I slept back. Wake up at 4.30 am. Did my asanas, standing asanas not so great but sitting asanas were fine. Did shakti and I now learn the technique of silent surka kriya. We r supposed to breathe normally and fully with a closed nostril. We r not supposed to push out our breathe.

Father, my left foot is swelling and right elbow in pain. Had a little tots of Z but I know I won't go back. I know that he didn't want a committed rship because it lead to marriage. He know he cannot contribute to marriage yet and hence don't want it to fail. He cannot commit because of fear of failure.

Eight Letter
Whilst Infinite Universal Consciousness is not the mythical 'God' on high as depicted in the Old Testament, It is the Infinitely Powerful Reality everywhere present, manifesting Its own designing, intelligent, evolutionary, loving caring for all that It has brought into being.
This is what u must realise u will eventually approach, whilst u r still on earth, when u reach the highest dimensions, after ur magnetic-emotions have been dissolved not only from ur mind, but also ur sub-conscious and solar plexus.

The secret of ur tiredness, exhaustion, inconsistency, instability, fear, despair, depression, lies in ur magnetic-emotional 'bonding-rejection' responses to life and the sub-conscious patterns which sometimes take over and project u into situations u never intended to create. Because of these 'natural impulses of findiviudality' u r certainly not free, u r under the control of the magnetic-emotional bondage both in ur conscious and unconscious mind. U live in the grip of the Ego which has given u individuality and bound u in fetters of emotional responses to life.

This is an on-going process and u will probably feel this 'opening' taking place in ur brain. U now begin to operate more and more within the super-conscious' mind which is in even greater contact with 'father-mother-life-consciousness' until the time comes when u can no longer bear the 'ego' tots and feelings dominating ur normal everyday consciousness and u die the death of total surrender.

When 'father-mother-life-consciousness' fills ur vision, u will be entering a phase I termed as 'Kingdom of heaven'. This phase will be characterised by a gradual withdrawal from the kind of life u enjoyed before. Ur tot life will become more purified and u will find urself responding to situations, events and people, in a more dispassionate way.

Whilst u may be less emotionally warm or cold than before, u will now be in the first wave-lengths of what u term 'unconditional love' and will do everything from the point of view of promoting the highest good of everyone. U will love more deeply than ever before but there will be none of the 'human' sentiment which can cause so many error in communication and action.

When u have gained true inner knowledge, u will be able to transcend the emotional baggage, u will be able to meditate and draw upon 'father-mother-life-consciousness' and u will feel new energy entering ur system, giving u buoyancy. U will laugh, be more playful, find happiness in little thing, love the world, feel brimming gratitude for every little blessing entering ur life. U will find the blessings multiplying in ur experience.

Eventually such a person is totally free of fear. There will be absolute conviction that wherever he goes, he is protected. Although he may go through potentially dangerous experiences, he will emerge unscathed. He will know that he has no need of sword or gun to protect him. He is protected against every negative eventuality wherever he is.
He will fear no sickness.
He will know that he will never 'want' for the things needed to make his life happy and comfortable.
He knows he will be guided to be at the right place at the right time.
He also knows that he can ask for whatever is needed and the response will come swiftly.
