Yes..instead of viewing the "NO" as rejection, a reflection of my unlovability.
Now I can just see they saying "NO" due to them loving me. They want me to be joyful and not feeling resentful. As they said, they know I will always said yes, but in the end will be no as volunteering is not my fulfillment.
So, just remember this is the ending.
