Bodymind symptoms indicates that there may be repressed anger.
Since it is in the blood, emotion are very involved here, especially the expression of love.
How have u become ur own enemy?
Are u denying feeling of love, caring and tenderness and instead become overly self-critical, dismissing those feelings in ur heart as unimportant.
Do you lack assertiveness, feeling inhibited, find yourself unable to express yourself in the way you really want to ?
Are you feeling resentful or bitter about something or someone - C or perhaps anyone that takes away my approval

Movement is essential, especially going with the flow and allowing change to happen. Life is movement, so the more stuck u r, the more lifeless u may become. However, most important is finding your heart, and expressing it, sharing your love, and in this way become ur own best friend.

If u have an auto immune disease of any kind, u need to ask yourself about how u have become an enemy to yourself, and/or to what extent u allow others to influence you, in denial of ur own tots or feelings.

Seven of Heart - life time challenge.
Finally I realised..the relationship with local Isha coordinators are the same.
It is not easy for me to leave.
To be in this relationship requires me to give more than I want to.
When  I don't want to..and yet I continue to give out of responsibility and fear of losing validation, I become resentful.
I have tried to say goodbye so many times but couldn't and finally did it before Kailash.
So, since I finally said my goodbye, the local Isha coordinators also doesn't want to welcome me back.
This is similar to Friendliness card.To let go.

Seven of Hearts
The Seven of Hearts has a quest for the truth about love and relationships. They are old souls who have come here to reach the highest in these areas, 'or else'. With two nines in
their Life Path, they have come to complete a grand cycle in their soul's work and to let go of many things so that they may progress to the next level. These people must learn to let go of personal attachments and give to others without expectation of return or reward.

On the low side, these people can be preoccupied with many suspicions and jealousies, which is but a reflection of their own insecurities.
On the high side, we find counselors and those who make great personal sacrifices for others and who give much to the world. All must find some way to give to the world to attain peace and satisfaction. This usually manifests as teaching or consulting.

Very true. Let me not be on the low side. This letting go is what I truly needed and wanted. Just my Two of Diamonds first karma card holding me back.
Finally let go and call my friend Two of Diamonds. Yesterday I had tots of her and want to call back. I knew then that we always be friends. We may fight, and this time I have expressed my feelings..But in the end..we know we are 'there'. Thats also unconditional.
With local Isha, it is not unconditional.
Once volunteering its not there, you are out.
And I accept it.

The health should be watched carefully as these people bring into this life some past life karma that could manifest as health challenges. Whenever there is a problem, it either calls for a change of lifestyle or a need to let go of some part of it. For example, they
might have to quit a certain job because it is
just too stressful. Some of these unhealthy patterns will be difficult to let go of, but it is their destiny to do just that.
Part of their challenge is to balance out their desire for material success with inclinations towards fairness in all their friendships and relationships. There can be strong ambitions that conflict with the desire to maintain harmonious relationships at times.

Anyone born as a seven or nine must learn to give and let go or suffer great pain and disappointment. The Seven of Hearts are the givers of knowledge and love and can reach the highest.

The Seven of Hearts will often try to dominate or control their loved one and this usually will not work out well for them. Being such a powerful spiritual number, anything less than the truth and non-attachment will always cause more suffering than it is worth.

Yes..I was not a good influence on the local core team. Me feeling resentful, taking away the joy of volunteering for them. Me carrying an unwilling lead role.
I gave and now I have to let go. No more looking back.
So, non attachment is now the key.
