Woke up 6.30 am upon alarm. Slept around midnight yesterday. Did Bhuta and went in deep.
it starts to rain, so cancel plan for morning walk. A tot came, go to sleep but I decided to do practices instead.
Did 3 cycle of Surya kriya, went in deep.
Followed by a short breathing meditation and abridged Shakti. It was quite good.
Ended with Shambavi, I was singing.
Wish I could stay longer but mom waiting for breakfast.

Came back from the walk in the park, clean up my shrine.
Give Gudi a nice wash. Now I am getting much better in this.
So nice my shrine, energy refreshed.
Did Shoonya, nice.

Was surprised Y 'came back', yes, we are 'friends' but not like before.
Just two meditators that 'click' and aligned.
On P, remembering she was my Mama for Kailash and she helped me to be released from local Isha.
I couldn't have done it on my own.
While it hurts my validation, its good I am no longer in the email loop cos it be difficult for me to say no.
Like P said, she knows I will say yes, but in the end will resent it.
True..cos I don't find fulfilment in it. I am good at it and hence loaded with more...but truly not my thing.
Father, in the end..what is not right for me will go off..because of my Two of Diamonds's karma card, I need others help in letting go.
Instead of feeling sad that it end or feeling defensive for being let go, I can now say thank you for letting me go.


Whereas, consecrated space..my shrine
I invest time in it..I sat with it. I wash it and the experience is fulfilling.
