Woke up around 5 am, with pain on my right shoulder. My hand was lifted up and so it was numb and painful. Took me about 10 to 15 minutes before I can sleep. Also the knee guard also becomes too warm for me. Took it out.
Knee is much better.
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by singing guru pooja.
Did cat stretch but it was painful; so couldnt do proper one.
Angamardhana wasn't easy as my right hand can't lift up on its own, had to use my left hand to lift it up. Once up, then it is better but still right elbow is painful. Flexibility is good, can bend forward easily.
Did all except the squatting posture with leg behind.
Did the hero post and then suddenly burst out crying. I cried for the pain in my body. Cried for the aloneness, cried if there is anyone out there for me.
Start Surya Kriya and both feet on ground for first mountain pose but couldn't complete Surya Kriya as both shoulder can't support lifting up. So decided to stop.
Breathing meditation was lovely. Just so soothing and content sitting there. There was barely pain on the right knee.
Shakti was good with singing at the end.
Shambavi good too. Some singing came and then contented silence. Went in deep.
