Woke up around 5 plus am, but I slept back as I am off today
Finally woke up at 7 am upon alarm.
Do feel bit of restless...my left sole is swelling, bit of pain.
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by Guru pooja.
After Guru Pooja, cat stretch is much more flexible.
Angamardhana is good. Sitting in hero posture for a long while. I now know that my knees pain is due to me over stretching during hero posture. Now my motto is just to sit long with a slight stretch and comfortable in the end. No more stretching it while I slowly remove the cushion and sat on the floor. These days knees pain is very minimal, I can sit more comfortably in arashidharna.
Breathing meditation is lovely..
Shakti is good..singing at the end.
Shambavi is good too..at first contented silence, then long singing. Can feel the dryness of my throat, by right can't sing..but the songs just keep on coming.

As I was starting my practices, a tot came on how I can help the local hata center without feeling pinch. So, what I can do is pay on their behalf and then the money is treated as advance payment for any courses I take with them. This will then be okay on me too.
Yes, now must remember. Help or give others to the extent that I want to. No more giving more than I want to.

Looks like its on the purchase of sannidhi, and then the other party's sannidhi and also new television, paying in advance.

Today I am so thankful that I have the good funding to work on 3 days.
An understanding boss, supportive staff and environment that allows me to do so.
I am truly blessed.
This day onward, I am blessing my good fortune instead of dwelling on what might have been, or could have been.
What I have now, is awesome..
To have part time work load with full time pay.
Father, thanks much.
And also to have the ability to be in spiritual grace.
