Woke up upon alarm at 4 am. Just jump out of bed. Body was fine despite sleeping at 11 pm. Slept with a left knee guard, knee is better.
Angamardhana has improved. Nowadays for bending forward sitting posture, my feet is straight.
Surya Kriya was better than yesterday.
Breathing was fine
Shakti was good.
Shambavi was okay too. Finished practices by 7.05 am. Still wish could stay longer.
Not sure if my knees pain caused by Angamardhana or due to RA. If RA means that my joints is deteriorating. My knees swell most in the morning and its better after Angamardhana.
Then also not sure if to do Yogasanas or Upa Yoga.
The knees are bad that I can't sit for long in arashidharna posture. One part of me wonder if this is psychosomatic and if it is, what am I not moving forward.
