Falling out of Isha

Father, I am glad I slept earlier at 10 pm. There were some tots but nothing disturbing and I actually slept around 10.15 pm. I woke up around 3 am, wide awake. Since I knew it was early, I slept and woke up at 4 am to do my practices.

I did suria namaskara, my body likes it. Shakti and shambavi was fine. I finished early about 6.25 am as I didn't rest long after suria.

Freedom
The truth is that love come suddenly; it was not because of any effort on ur part. It came as a gift of nature.
The way it comes, it goes. But there is no need to be worried because if one flower has faded, other flowers will be coming. So, don't cling to it.

Soul
I fell in love with Isha and now I fall out of love. That's it. I find I can't really talk about it with love. Resentment is creeping in.

Don't know lah. Part of me feels guilty for falling out of love. I still enjoy the practices but I just don't like to volunteer.

We react because we have been conditioned in a certain way. U can be conditioned to be very polite. U can be conditioned to be always in control. U can be conditioned to be silent. U can be conditioned to remain still in situations where people ordinarily become disturbed and distracted.

Conditioning is murder; ur spontaneity is killed. The mind is fed with certain ideas and u r not allowed to respond; u r only allowed to react. In small things or great things, it is the same.

When u become free, when u drop all conditioning and for the first time look at life with fresh eyes, with no clouds of conditioning in between, then u become unpredictable. The nobody know, then nobody knows, then nobody can imagine what is going to happen. Because then u r no longer there, existence acts through u. Right now only the society goes on acting through u.

Authority and authenticity. Ordinarily u behave according to the authority that has conditioned u. U behave according to the authority. A man of freedom does not behave according to the authority; he behaves through his own authenticity. He responds. Even he himself cannot predict it.

Awareness is the key. If u become aware, everything follow.
