I saw the young Isha teacher. First impression was beauty. Then, she is really unassuming. U cannot detect her presence. Probably due to no ego. She said she was exposed to Isha via children yoga and then when she was 16, she turn to full time volunteer and become a teacher.
Father, some meditators said I looked tired and I am. Some even said I lost weight.
Today is Sunday and tomorrow is Monday. Will I sleep well tonight? Yea, the answer is yes. I have been on a whirlwind since the trip to Germany. Physically I have not been well. Anyway, the worst is over.
