Father, my body was awake before 4 am, which is surprising since I knew I slept only after 11 plus.
Did my suria namaskara and suprisingly it was quite effortless despite one week of not doing.
I felt more refreshed doing hata and its better for my joints.
Just now I msg those Isha I know to volunteer for Health Fair. We need to get more people. Father, I find that when I prioritise and don't let Isha take me away from things I love to do, I no longer feel resentful against Isha and can actually contribute cos I am happier. So, key thing is to do say Yes to what I want to do, then I be happy. Then I can do other things.
Yea, just remember to focus having my Top 5 and then I can happily face it.
