Friendliness
First meditate, be blissful, then much love will happen of its own accord. Then being with others is beautiful and being alone is also beautiful. Then it is simple too. U don't depend on others and u don't make others dependent on u.
U r no longer interested in all kinds of dramas that other people engaged in. It is not a loss. It is the birth of a higher, more loving quality born of the fullness of experience.

Soul
Yesterday when S said he has to quit because he was so stressed that he is vomiting. I felt guilty and I told him he can't leave on bad terms. I can't forgive myself. Today, I am not sure as I found out about him telling MD about his resignation. I felt hurt and I told him. And of course, first point is rejection. Then I told myself no one is out to wound me, they r just protecting themselves.

I am also fine on Z. Yesterday I miss him and I just tell him so. Somehow I have faith we will turn out fine.

2. Internal influence that u r unable to see
Clinging to the Past
Don't cling to the present because is also going and soon it will be past. Don't cling to future.
Clinging will simply create misery. U will have to let go.

Soul
I am letting go of current company. Who knows on S, I too have to let go.

3. External influence of which u r aware.
Morality
Unless awareness arises in u, all ur morality is bogus, all ur culture is simply a thin layer which can be destroyed by anybody.

Awareness cannot do anything that is bad. And whatever u do will be good. Only when we break through the cage of our conditioning and reach the truth of our own hearts can we begin to see life as it really is.

Soul
On the staff issue. To me, everyone has its own karma. If MD going to be the life coach, then she is forgetting her role as MD.

4. What is needed for resolution
Guilt
Forget about sin and forget about saintliness; both are stupid.

U r absolutely ok as u are. Just learn from it, move on.

5. Resolution
Exhaustion
A man who lives through conscience becomes hard. A man who lives through consciousness remain soft. He doesn't carry his character, his armour, his security.

Life isn't a business to be managed. It is a mystery to be lived.
