Our expectations have prayerful effects - it sets our future

Aug 5
Woke up at 4 am. Doze back and wake up at alarm at 4.30 am.
Did my 5 cycle of Surya kriya, nice. Did a quick Shavasana followed by breathing. Breathing was nice too and body went into arashidharna posture automatically.  Shakti was great, no rest and Kapala Bhakti with violet flame. Shambavi was good too. My legs now can touch my chest when I do rock baby. Towards the end, mind was singing love song but I prefer silence. Just a nice silence without any tots. Just resting. Body was in arashidharna posture from Suka kriya.
Plough back was great.
When I did my prayer of thanks. Tears fell cos I felt overwhelmed with thankfulness. Amen.

The secret of Shambhala - James Redfield
We are becoming fully conscious of a higher spiritual process operating behind the scenes in life, and in doing so, we are leaving behind a materialistic world view that reduces life to survival, gives pittance to Sunday religion and uses toys and distractions to push away the true awe of being alive.
What we want instead a life filled with mysterious coincidences and sudden intuitions that allude to a special path for ourselves in the existence, to a particular pursuit of information and expertise - as though some intended destiny is pushing to emerge.
We discover that a real experience of the divine within awaits us and if we can find this connection, our lives are infused with even more clarity and intuition.
We begin to catch visions of our destiny, of some mission that we can accomplish, provided we work through our distracting habits, treat others with a certain ethics and stay true to our hearts.

Soul
I found my connection during practices and intermittently during walks and swim. I m glad I m going back for Samyama refresher to further enhance it.

The secret of Shambhala
If prayer is an affirmation based on our expectations, our  faith, then all our expectations have a prayer effect. We are, in fact, praying all the time for some kind of future for ourselves and others, we just aren't fully aware of it.
We have a mental and spiritual influence on what happens in our life.

Soul
I have good expectation on food and work. And it works.
But my expectation on rship is not great. Infact since I can't see good ones, my motto is avoid expecting.
It's just like my website. I too not confident of it. For now it is my outlet and while my blogs helps, not sure if it will make them want to buy my stories.
I can't seem to apply the law of attraction the right way.
I even avoided doing the Kapalvriksha cos I don't believe it can happen for me as I have difficulty in visualising.
Father, Please help.

The secret of Shambhala
U did nothing to help the woman at the counter with her mood.
U must realise that u are already influencing her with ur energy anyway. The important thing is how u set ur prayer field.

Soul
I feel this relates to how I m unwilling to support people with parental mode. I used to be kind and supportive but I m not willing to do so. Maybe previously I tolerated out of validation issue. But now I can't.
Natal chart said that I attract such people; that others cannot stand so I can show them right way. The truth is I too can't take it. I m no longer willing to fake it.

The secret of Shambhala
Everything we expect, good or bad, conscious or unconscious, we are helping to bring into being.
Our prayer is an energy or power that emanates out from us in all directions. In most people, who think in an ordinary ways, this power is very weak and contradictory. But in others, who seem to achieve a lot in life and who are very creative and resourceful, this field of energy is strong, although it is still usually unconscious.

Soul
I know mine is strong.
Father I spend years cleaning.  With ur help I manifested my three day week with financial security, an understanding boss, spiritual retreats, my blog, my website. Now I want to manifest my partner and successful website.
