Awareness required for a change in behaviour

Sept 6

Woke up tired at 4.10 am. Just didn't want to do hata. No, I just don't want to wake up. Slept back and wake up 5.10 am.

Staying Ok
Therefore, when we examine the ifs we live by, we should do so with a generous spirit, toward both ourselves and our parents.

If we are part of the problem, we can also be a part of the answer. This is the creative challenge of being, feeling and staying ok.

Soul
When I did my practice today. Tots comes in and I decide whether I want to be hook or not.

Staying Ok
We believe that no one can hurt us, more specifically hurt our feelings unless they are able to hook our Parent, which then accuses us internally.

1. Acknowledge "hurt
2. Which part of me hurts?
3. What word best describes my hurt?
4. What happened, in the recent present to trigger this feeling?

6. What can I do differently now?
7. What can I do differently next time?

The above trackdown is to be come aware of the recordings, for once u know them and can see them for what they are - archaic and assumed - they lose some of their power to overwhelm, even though they cannot be erased.
