Osho
Acceptance. Let this be ur characteristic; utter acceptance. And then u will be surprised: Life is always ready to shower its gifts to u. Life is not a miser, existence always gives abundantly - but we cannot receive it because we don't feel that we are worthy to receive it.
Love starts with self-love. Don't be selfish but be self-full - and they are two different things. Only then out of it can u love somebody else.
Love is possible only when there is a deep acceptance of oneself, the other, the world. Acceptance creates the milieu in which love grows, the soil in which love blooms.
When u r rooted in life, u r soft because u r not afraid. Fear creates hardness. Fear creates the idea of security. Fear creates the idea of protecting urself. And nothing kills like fear because in the very idea of fear, u r separated from the earth, uprooted.
Soul
When I let go of my self control, I become soft, more accepting of myself and others.
Future gives u hope, past gives u nourishment, and just between the two is eternity, the very life, which u r missing. Between the past and the future, u r dying, not living.
When u r not fighting, u become life. When u r not fighting, u have become the vast, the infinite. In the East, that state is known as surrender, trust - what we have called shradda, trusting life. Not trusting ur individual mind but trusting the whole. Suddenly u become soft because there is no need to be hard. U r not fighting, there is no enmity. There is not need to protect, there is no urge to be secure; u r already merged with life.
Joy has no cause to it. It simply arises because u r. It simply bubbles up within u just because u r. Once u r open, flowing with life, u r bubbling with joy continuously, for no reason at all. U simply start feeling that to be is to be happy.
That's why Hindu have called the ultimate satchitananda - truth, consciousness, bliss. It means that to be is blissful, to be true is to be blissful.
Soul
Father, thanks for sending Sadhguru. Let me appreciate my bubbling joy. Amen.
