Ego does affect body...the lighter ego..then the body is lighter too!

Sept 8 Eve

Father, today is good. I went to dinner with family. Shared with my sis in law and brother on humanmetrics and personalitypage website.

I also did mine, still the same at INTP and I checked out Z, ESTJ. I read about him fulfilling his duties. He is committed once he decide on his partner, just like I am loyal to my partner. He is controlling and I am easy going. We both not good at reading emotion and expressing our feelings.

Father, I love Z but I am not willing to go back to the past. Also, seeing how Sl went back, it further strengthen my resolve. Anyway, I know Z. He cannot be influenced and to choose me as his mate requires a big change and also need his mother's approval. I am conscious of his attachment to tradition, so I am not confident he can change.

Tomorrow is a day. I am not sure whether he turns up as he didn't reply V. Anyway, let's see. Tomorrow will just be another hurdle I be crossing, either going forward to him or forward from him.

My next part of life, I want a committed partner, not an elusive one.

When the ego disappears, ur body is different, ur mind is different, ur self is different. When ego disappears, many things happen.
First, now u r no more identified with ur body. U r in the body, but u r not the body.
Then u r no more identified with the mind. U use the mind, the mind become an instrument - a beautiful instrument - but u r not identified with it either.
You use the self, but u r not identified. U remain an individual: u walk and live like an individual but continuously aware that the wave is just an appearance, the reality is the ocean; that "I am just a wave. God is the ocean, Tao is the ocean."
Once u start coming out of the body, the mind and the self, ur windows, then u know that even the sky is not ur limit; u r unlimited. U r as unlimited as the whole; u r the whole. There will be great transformation.

Last weekend, my face was swelling but I ignored it and go for morning walk and hair cut. I am not identified with my body.
On the mind, it still goes on with Z but I don't react on it.

If the ego disappears from the body, there are 2 possibilities. If u repress it, it will assert itself on the mind level. If u don't repress it, u simply understand it and through understanding it disappears - then it will not assert itself anywhere and ur body will change.

U will attain to new insights. Ur body will become more affectionate, more warm. Ur body will have a certain new quality to it, the quality of weightlessness, as if gravitation does not affect u as much as it used to affect u. U will almost feel that u can fly. U will become more loving.

That's it. I felt a weightlessness when I do hata yoga, morning walk and now swimming. I credit it to Kaka Kriya but perhaps loosening of ego also plays a part.

When sex is no more sexuality, then sex starts on the right path and by and by, the sex energy turning into love energy. Love is a transformation of sex energy.
A person becomes more loving and less sexual, more sensitive and less sensual. His body-mind, body-wisdom has changed; his body has become mature. Of course, if he looks at the trees, he will find more greenery than u can find because he has become more sensitive. If he looks athe sky, the sky will be more blue and deep than u will find it. The whole of life becomes a mystery.

The basic problem is how to attain the receptivity, the sensitivity, of the body again, how to make the body alive again. The resurrection of the body is needed, and that resurrection is possible only when u r no longer using ur body as an ego vehicle.

Once the body attains to sensitivity, u will find joy through the body, great joy. Small things become so delightful. Just taking a shower and it is so delightful. Swimming in the river, looking at the trees, at the sky, everything becomes so joyful. The whole of life takes a new hue of rejoicing. U will be able to sing and dance if the body is resurrected.

My body is resurrected. I am delighting in shower, swimming, watching trees, watching grass. I start to sing whenever my mind becomes quiet.

Silence will arise. A man of knowing is very silent. Words don't go on floating in his consciousness; there is no monologues. He is not continuously in the inner talk ... And awareness arises and celebration; a man become creative. That's what celebration is; one starts participating in God the Creator. Whenever u r really celebrating, u create something. U become a participant in the creative process of life.
