Our behaviours are not totally deterministic nor totally self-created

Father, I slept after 11.30 pm cos came home just before 9 pm yday. Have little time to do my evening practice and I tot to do only 15 min Shoonya but alas, I went in deep, it was so blissful and I was unwilling to come out. But later I force myself to do so. It was nearly 45 min for the practice.

I asked SS to improve on APAC outsource services.

Staying OK
"Don't" messages are more powerful than "Do" messages, even though positive action is often attempted to overcome the negatives. " I will love u if u don't ...."

Injunctions are messages from the Child ego state of the parents, given out of circumstance of the parents' own pains: unhappiness, anxiety, disappointment, anger, frustration, secret desires.

We become hopelessly entangled in unhelpful formulations if we attempt a percentage analysis of how much of our behaviour is determined and how much is free.
If we go only with determinism, we come to the awful conclusion there is nothing we can do. So, life become mindless, terrifying and without hope.

If, on the other hand, we discount deterministic factors altogether, we are also deluded and can only conclude that everything about us is our own fault. Then instead of helplessness of the determinist, we have overwhelming guilt, which, unrelieved, can cut the nerve of effort so cleanly that we give up our efforts to change and merely exist.
