Just woke up. Got this message, "Go with the flow".

Father, the practice was good. Suria was effortless. I didn't sleep.

Father, just checked my Passion List. I am on track. Even with Z, its true we r not openly declaring our rship but we are committed to each other. Just go with the flow. I can't dictate who I love. He is given to me now, so just do my best. Besides, rship is in my Top 5, so spending energy on it is fine.

I think for me the challenge is the uncertainty in terms of timing. I like things to be certain, tied up with clear outcome of yes or no. It is still not easy for me to live in a grey world.

Father, below are things that I do that is effortless;
1. Writing
2. Creating enthusiasm
3. Decision making
4. Being alone
5. Picking out diamond from a pile of crap.
6. Attracting good restaurant
7. Sleeping
8. Finding new insights.

Father, guide me. I felt I am not moving anywhere, especially my writing. My 2nd ebook is in process but there is no buyer. How to sell it?

I have experienced this daily. Now I can even connect during aum chanting. But how to bring it out to my normal mode.

U have no way on insuring that u will achieve any goal in ur life (the fruit of ur action). The only thing u can determine is what u do, what action u take, to create the life u choose to live.

That is why it's so important that u love what u do. Most of ur life is about the process of creating, not the outcome or results of the process.

Happiness arises spontaneously when u love the process.

Passion is about how u live ur life.
Goals are about what u choose to create in ur life.

I am living my passion. Its just that I cannot see the goals and I am getting restless. Worried if I am on the right track.

So, how do u live ur passion if u don't yet have the goal?

Whenever u r faced with a choice, a decision or an opportunity, u ask urself, "Will this bring me closer to living in my beautiful home, or will it take me farther away?". If the answer is that it will, then u go for it. If not, then u decline.

Yea. Perseverance. Go with the flow. Stop resisting. Stop thinking.

"Happy for no reason" state is always there. It is always available. But when u have been hanging on to beliefs, concepts and ideas that argue with reality, they keep u separated from that state.

Mental or emotional pain is the result of attachment to false concept. As long as u hang on to what u believe is true, in contradiction to reality, u will experience pain. When u run away from the pain or dull it with alcohol, food, drugs, TV or any other escape, u only bury it. It will come back again, guaranteed.

Thanks for the answer I have been searching for. Now I know why I m restless. I am living my passion but I was restless cos I haven't seen the results.

I find it difficult to stay on with Z cos I cannot believe there is any hope that we be together. I have been giving myself too many false hope. So, by right, if I am smart, I should stop this right now. With, I felt I am being stupid from the world sense. But I stayed cos my it is my lesson to achieve self mastery. And I love him and he deserved it despite not giving me anything in return, neither love nor relationship..nothing.

The most important thing is to listen to ur heart, listen to the source of ur inner wisdom and ur inner knowingness, rather than listening to ur mind.

The mind tells u what u should be doing, what u think u have to be doing, what u need to be doing, what everybody else expects u to be doing.

But the heart, if u listen deeply enough, tells u what ur soul is saying. When u live from that place, u will be happy for no reason and living ur passion.

Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Nothing is more powerful than love. When u let love guide ur answers, let love guide ur purpose, and let love guide ur life, it can only be a life of pure happiness, pure truth and pure joy.
