Spending money without fear

Father, today practices was fine. These days, I straighten my back during shakti. This time I can feel bit of heat on my spine. On Shambavi, I laughed a bit during aum chanting. The asanas were effortless as my right elbow has recovered, only minimal stiffness. I found myself able to bend my back effortlessly.

Yesterday, I had no plans to call Z but I did and he was asleep. Mmm, bit frustrated cos I have called him twice and couldn't get him. Or rather, he knew I called and didn't return call. Here goes. Perhaps this is my Mars period.

This morning I woke up and I know that I do have the money to spend and it won't leave a dent in me and it will give me pleasure and comfort in having nice bedroom and bathroom. All my siblings have nice place and its time for me to have one too. Besides its my Top 10.

Effortless process
Father, below are things that I do that is effortless;
1. Writing
2. Creating enthusiasm
3. Decision making
4. Being alone
5. Picking out diamond from a pile of crap.
6. Attracting good restaurant
7. Sleeping
8. Finding new insights.

Yesterday I went looking for bedroom sets. I found a good wood bed frame. I have a knack for finding diamond from a pile of crap. Once I got into it, I knew I can furnish my room. I just need to get my hands dirty. I am now more confident.

When u r happy and fulfilled in ur own life, then ur cup is full and it becomes easy and natural to give to others.

Life is here for our joy. Following the path of what u love means letting go of ur concepts of what is best and trusting that u r being led to what is best, not only for u, but for everyone else at the same time.

As u come to know urself more deeply, ur passions will change less and less over time. This is because the more deeply u dive into any aspect of life, u connect with increasingly universal principles that are more stable and unchanging. The surface of life is always changing. The depth of life changes little, if at all.

The force is with u. Both the challenges and achievements of ur life are there to support u in knowing urself. They are guiding u to fulfill ur purpose and live the fulfilling life u r meant to be.
If we are progressing and evolving, then we experience joy, energy, vitality and health.

Soul
I have been asking for what external change. Renovating my bathroom and furnishing my bedroom is a major progress. Spending loads of money without having panic attack is major progress. Doing the renovation and furnishing on my own is major progress.
