I am singing in the park

Sept 1
Yesterday night when I go to bed at around 1 am, I was laughing loads and then followed by singing in my mind. I couldn't sleep; so energised. I think I slept around 2 am. Body woke up alert by 6 am; I slept bit and woke up at 6.45 am upon alarm. Surprisingly fully alert.

Went for a walk in the park. It was quite effortless. Sang out loud in the first cycle; followed by some singing in the mind. Me just savouring the loveliness of the trees, its branches and grass. So vibrant. And these time I see it with reverence as I know I m blessed with the energetic eyesight.
Only one tot of the past and I brushed it off cos we don't want each other offerings. A sense of peace finally settled in me. I even did a little running in the final cycle.

A settling of all affairs and at the same time being some much needed peace into ur life.

Just did the first compilation for Volume 4. A tot came, my issue is on relationship, on emotion. That shows I graduated from material world in past life. In this lifetime, my work in on emotional world, inner world and not external world.
I have mastered the external world in past life and now need only to master the internal world. Amen.
