Forms vs substance
Forms can be learned whereas substance is inherent.
A person can have forms but no substance.
A person can have substance but may not show its forms, something like unpolished diamond.
Actually that's Z, an unpolished diamond.
Aiyah. He called me. I was right. His mobile battery was low yesterday. But as usual conversation also cut short. I now realised that he is a bottom line person. He only wants to talk about us. And I cannot discuss with him my insight as he is not keen. I guess luckily I got V to do that. Amen
Today my swim was great. I just kept to my pace, focus on breathing and gloating. Was fine when normal swimming people pass by me, even at both sides
Apr 9 Eve
Father, Z and I don't have common interest per se. But we shared the same traditional values, we both are thinkers and hence communicate well with each other.
This morning as I was swimming, I tot of him as my cosmic reward card.
I am truly introvert. I realised I can talk more on the phone but on frontal, I become bit shy and not really conveying my tots. On the intimacy issue, I will just tell him what I want next week. He is so upfront on what he wants and here I was too shy to tell him. Never mind, I learn by experience.
(May 22 - finally I asked for it and it was fantastic, it blown my mind away!)
Osho
The lighter the food is, the less it creates heaviness on the body, the more valuable and significant it will be for the beginning of ur inner journey. And it should not be intoxicated.

Mmm, I must have changed for me to input the above. Previously I would have ignored and denied it. But nowadays my body is quite frontal on what I can eat or not and if I have enough or not. I have now learned to forego chili and brinjals and reduced garlic. And I have learned not to eat to the full as I become too heavy then.
Osho
The more happily and joyously and the more relaxed and without worry, a person can be when eating, the more his food will be good.
Soul
Well, at least I am that whenever I encountered good food.
