Sharing leads to growth

Apr 16

Father, not sure how. But I think my volunteering in Isha seems to be the direction of me being a Transformation Agent. Somehow, I am led to be a Sathsang Guide, a Pre-Intro Speaker, a Sharer and now becoming a volunteer lead.

My commitment is to enlarge the Volunteer Group. Monthly Volunteer meet with potluck. Ensure that Sathsang becomes a major force by bringing back all the inactive members.

Today while listening to teacher. I found her not good as compared to the rest. Somehow she is just 'teaching' and not inspiring. Like I said the first, she doesn't seem to have the charisma. And I cannot see the joy in her that she talked about. And she is also very affected by her environment.
I wasn't keen to attend IE. But the energy is good. Just go back to attend it.

Not sure where this is heading, but just go with the flow. What I knew is Isha helps in transforming people. So, since I don't have the capability yet, I support Isha first and gained the experience required.

Osho
A well has its own source of water, the water never become stagnant.
A pond does not have its own source, the water become stagnant and rotten and will soon start stinking

A well wants someone to takes its water so that more fresh water can fill it, fresh and more alive. So, a well wants to share.

A pond wants somebody who has water to bring it and pour it in so its wealth can grow. It doesn't want anyone to take its water, so it hoard.

A well has streams which are connected to the ocean. A well may seems to be small, but deep inside it is connected with the infinite.

A pond, howsoever big it may look, it has no relation to anyone - it ends in itself and is closed. It has no stream and in no way of connecting with the infinite.
