Life reflects back to you

Father, did my practices. These days I noticed I tend to sing or hum after practices. I also find myself humming when I am walking. Yesterday I hummed a few times at the hospital. It just came out. My cholestrol has reduced from 5.6 to 2 plus only. Doctor asked if I had a change of diet as it is a drastic decrease. My best result was 3.7. To get 2 plus is a miracle especially since I don't recall a change of diet.

(May 22 - true. Just now my mind was acting up in fear, with many scenario planning and exit plan. Moments later,when I calmed down, the answer came, to proceed ahead and I then followed up by buying the lubricant)
